Its already the middle of november….but sure doesnt feel like it…its been raining all day here in Korea. People thought i was crazy for going outside with only a shirt on…But it was so warm today…it felt like fall weather…I wonder what the temperature in Canada is. I wonder if its cold or if it’s snowing. It always 15+ degrees celcius here all the time.

I decided to be all artistic and take some pictures of this rain. Rain makes me feel peaceful…even though the sky is pretty depressing…i do like the sound of heavy rain and i love chilling in the coffee shop when it does rain…drinking a sip of warm coffee from my fav cafe. Rain also helps me to be inspired to write and write music. Especially lyrics. It somehow helps me to concentrate….The sound of the rain water hitting the ground and the window gives me inspiration to write and the water drops on the window pane.

It is a very bittersweet moment right now…

You may be wondering what this nasty thing is…Yes, that is a ginormous Korean cockroach. Why are they so huge? The Canadian cockroach is nothing compared to these nasty things….And plus they can fly!!!! Yea, i already killed like 5 of these nasty things. And i finally had the courage to take a picture before he met his doom. Yes, it was partially dead when i took this picture. But i just wanted to show you how big and nasty they are…Dang i hate bugs…

No words to describe how beautiful and peaceful these pictures make me feel

For the past 2 days now, i have been waking up early in the morning to engage in prayer and also to see the morning sunrise. It feels different because i am in a different country. It’s so beautiful and it was a very good time for me to reflect on my life. It is the start of a new day. I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus. (Phil 3:14)

The colors are just amazing and i couldn’t help but watch these colorfully painted moment even though it was freezing outside. God is so great. He is such an awesome artist :).

The food in Korea has just been amazing. I have been eating alot of food lately and just constantly trying new things. One thing I noticed about Korea food is that it is so colorful and there are many different varieties of Korean side dishes.

I sometimes feel that I am having a long dream that I am in Korea. I still cant put it in my thought that I am actually half way across the world from my home sweet home…

Korea is beautiful. I especially love the mountains. I must climb more mountains.

My first post. 

So i have been in Korea for about a week now. And it has been quite a journey.

Everything about this country is different than my homeland, Canada. Even the streets and sidewalks are different.

Korea is a very busy country….people like to do things quickkly. I was amazed at how sophisticated this country is.

The thing i really like the most about Korea streets are these little tight strip plazas which Canada doesnt have. I love going to these places. It is full of culture.

Korea is a very mountainous country. Sooo many beautiful mountains which motivated me to climb as many mountains as I could while i staying here. Korean ppl even live on mountains lol. But so far I am liking Korea. But we’ll see later lol thats all for now.
